INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION
WHY: All competing quartets and choruses must register to compete with Sweet Adelines International. If a chorus or quartet has to withdraw, a written withdrawal notice must be received at International headquarters. This may be by email. A phone call is not sufficient.
WHEN: By March 16, 2026 for quartets. By March 17, 2026 for choruses. An extended deadline with late fee is March 31, 2026 for quartets or April 1, 2026 for choruses. **Note: If you register for competition AFTER the entry (60day) deadline, you will have an additional $100 fee added onto your registration. As well as the late fee, your chorus or quartet will not be entered into the initial draw for order of appearance, drawn 55 days prior to competition, but rather in a secondary draw 2 weeks later (after the late entry deadline.)
WHO: One contact per competitor. President/Team Leader for chorus; contest contact for quartet.

REGIONAL REGISTRATION
Each competing chorus and quartet will be charged a regional registration once they have registered with International to compete. This fee includes a jump drive of the performance.
- $50 per competing quartet
- Chorus regional registration:
- Division A (25 or fewer singers on stage): $100
- Division AA (26-50 singers on stage): $150
- Large choruses (51 or more singers on stage): $200
- Invoices will be sent by Region 17 directly to competing quartets and choruses
