As requested previously, I'm including a no-photo version of our regional newsletter. It's not very pretty and it has a lot of blank space, but for those of you without good internet connections it will at least allow you to get the text of the issue - even if you can't see all the great pictures. The picture version is highly recommended if you have the ability to download it.
